Your Partner in Affordable Housing
Owning a home - it's the American dream. But for many people in Denver, that dream may never become a
reality. Today, would-be homeowners need to earn over $70,000 annually to afford the median-priced
homes in metro Denver, which now costs over $240,000. This puts homeownership out of reach of
moderately-paid but essential workers - such as teachers, firefighters and police officers - as well as many
young families and people living on fixed incomes.

The Colorado Community Land Trust offers a solution. Our goal is simple: create affordable homeownership
opportunities for people who work and live in our community and keep these homes affordable forever. This
way, generations to come can share the dream of owning a home.
