Originally constructed for enlisted service housing during the time Lowry was an Air Force base, the
townhomes were totally rehabilitated in 2004 and 2005. Ideally located within three blocks of the Lowry
Town Center, the townhomes have easy access to a large grocery store, public library, public
transportation and numerous retail shops and restaurants. Housing costs were reduced to an affordable
level by generous donations from the Lowry Redevelopment Authority as well as funds provided by the
City of Denver and the HOME program
