| The new construction of this 68-unit townhome complex was started in 2004 and sold out near completion in 2005. The two- and three-bedroom homes are located in Lowry in eastern Denver. Housing costs were reduced to an affordable level by generous donations from the Lowry Redevelopment Authority as well as funds provided by the City of Denver and the HOME program. |
